With 11 whopping nods, American singer, Jon Batiste has given us perhaps the biggest shock of the season.
The multi-genre performer and modern Oscar winner made such an impression on voters that he scored probably the most nominations with 11 on Tuesday, 23rd of November.
Followed closely behind, are the likes of Justin Bieber, Doja Cat and H.E.R. have 8 each; Billie Eilish and Olivia Rodrigo are on the same level with 7 nominations.
Taking to his social media page, via Instagram to celebrate the feat, Batiste said, Wow, thank you, God, I love everybody, so grateful to my collaborators and my ancestors.
In other news, Jay-Z, who was nominated for 3 Grammys on Tuesday, now has probably the most nominations of all time with 83. The 23-time Grammy-winning rapper moved previous Quincy Jones, who has been nominated 80 instances.
